Please help me to rehabilitate him

He is about 5 years old... I dont know why he keep plying inside the cage like that :( sometimes more than an hour like that :(

Yes it is sir... just a weird thing when he keep flying like that... usually he is fine eventhough i hold his cage... lol

I think it's just exercise for himself. Don't think there's anything that can stop him.

In Singapore, we keep birds in 'A' cages and some birds can jump up and down a few thousand times a day. And actually some owners desire their birds to do so.

That's a good characteristic to have during the day but not when it carries on into the night. Some birds don't sleep well because of that and it can affect their health and ultimately stamina when going to chai.
