hi Tanin,

thats not all yet, i need some time to type out a lot of the reference books, these 4 are the only 4 i have regarding SEA and Malaysia region, i have 2 more regarding smaller places, one for Penang and one for Perak, and 2 more for Singapore, one for Borneo, and a few for other countries like Indonesia, Indian Subcontinent, East Africa and Europe. But i will not recommend those foreign ones here since they are not practical locally.

I will also describe those that is currently not in my collection due to the price or availability, i will state that they are currently not in my collection, and the star that i personally give is showing how practical it is for u to bird watch in the country locally, so ONE STAR does not means it is a bad book, just a not so suitable book to identify local species.

So stay tune and i will post more great books in the future when i am free.

Khong Tuck Khoon's website is a good visual guide to Malaysian Birds....
Strength lies in differences, not similarities
