Hmm.. i think it is more of an accident. Not likely a falconer would want to waste a well trained bird like that. Its a northern Goshawk if i'm not mistaken and the price for it is quite steep, even there... :roll:

well, in IFF the member not confident that it is an accident... even they are costly, but normally a falconer will not fly his bird in the dangerous place like that
