To confirm I think you might need to check with the department in your country... as for Malaysia the rough process is:

1) Seek/Identified an exporter
2) Apply for the permission from Vet department (they give permission case by case). This start since bird flu.
3) If permission given, then apply for import permit from Wildlife protection Department.
4) Send the document to the exporter for them to prepare for the document from their country.

if everything complete then they can start to find the shipping agent to send the bird...

Waaahhh... massive talons.. bigger than his fingers!!! WOW :shock: :shock:

I think he can go for big quarry like rabbits with such a bird!!! :) :D

Don't worry sliver2c,

Once you are ready than you can try to acquire some BOP later... :D ... but it keeping BOP is not as keeping other bird as they have different need and requirement... their owner also have different 'challenge' compared to other species... :D
