Arjan, Il like the research you have done.
But how are we supposed to recognize what subspecies we have (except for some obvious different subspecies)?
It seems that most breeders in Europe only care for the length of the tail and I also found hybrids with the white-crowned shama recently for sale.
I'm just starting of with the species that had my attention for many years.
Doing some research online too but it isn't easy to find good info.
Also what seems the correct genus now; Copsychus or Kittacincla ???
