got a alex irn can some one tell me if its a male or female????i do know that dna is 100percent and ring around neck in 3yrs,but im sure there would be some gurus in this feild on here...who looking at the video could help tell me male or female

It's a very young parrot. Difficult to tell.
Yes. If you do a DNA test by feather or nail. It could help to 100% identified male or female. Hope this help.

It take more than a year for parrot to become mature. I think male have pink ring on the neck.
