Price of Cockatoo's

A cockatoo is a parrot that is any of the 21 species belonging to the bird family Cacatuidae, the only family in the superfamily Cacatuoidea. Along with the Psittacoidea (true parrots) and the Strigopoidea (large New Zealand parrots), they make up the order Psittaciformes (parrots). The family has a mainly Australasian distribution, ranging from the Philippines and the eastern Indonesian islands of Wallacea to New Guinea, the Solomon Islands and Australia.

I'm planning to get a cockatoo ... I've been doing some surveying but after a visit to Shek's palace(thks alot bro) :D ... now my mind is shrouded cause of the variety of parrots he has ... making a choice has become a bit harder now ... i'm limiting myself to a bird costing below RM10k with proper documents that is ... i'm still keeping my options open ...

I have come to a few choices ... may i ask forumers to help state the current price range of these cockatoos as of now ... with proper documents :)

May this be a reference to all other forumers that wish to know about the price range :)

I have had a special interest in Umbrella and Palm Cockatoos ... maybe some of the birds i listed below is not available or too costly ... but im just interested in knowing the price range ...

Goffins Cockatoo -
Ducorps Cockatoo -

It will be quite subjective because they are no mechanism on the stipulated price for each species..

If you have that kind of budget, maybe a Palm Cockatoo is the best.. Gentle Giants..
